The work was carried out under the overall supervision of: Komlan Kounetsron (Acting Director, OPSRL and Manager, OPSOS) of Operations Policy and Country Services (OPCS) in the WB; Anastasia Gekis (Director, CSMDR), Liane Asta Lohde ( Former Manager, CSMCS) and Caroline Galvan (Acting Manager, CSMCS) in IFC; and Sebnem Erol Madan ( Director, MIGES) and Elena Palei (Manager, MIGES) and Hiroyuki Hatashima (Chief Evaluation Officer, MIGES) in MIGA. Coordinating the update for WB were Atul Deshpande, Eduardo Fernandez Maldonado, Maurya West Meiers and Pilar Roig Minguell; for IFC were Junko Oikawa and Yea Jy Lee; and for MIGA, Vlajko Senic. Jacob Bathanti led the editing and Melina Yingling was responsible for the overall design. The MAR coordination team worked closely with IEG counterparts in a highly productive collaboration, including Susan Ann Caceres, Task Team Leader of the IEG MAR Validation, and Rocio Manchado Garabito of the core IEG MAR team, and over 16 IEG evaluators—all overseen by Timothy Johnson (Manager, IEGHC), Theo David Thomas (Director, IEGHE), and Lily Chu (Director, IEGDG) . The MAR was informed by inputs from over 150 contributors from across the WBG for the 28 evaluations under review. These contributors include managers and technical focal points across numerous units, along with directors, global directors, and vice presidents in consultations and reviews with their teams.
