FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Catering We have several catering partners classed as ‘in-house': KATE’S KITCHEN (MENU HERE) BIANCHI’S (2025 MENU) QUEEN & WHIPPET (MENU HERE) HAVELI THE YARD (CLICK HERE) BRISTOL EATS – CANAPES & EVENING FOOD ONLY (SAMPLE MENU HERE) THE MOUNT WITHOUT CATERING (MENU HERE) (We no longer have TMW catering as an option however all couples who have already booked them will be honoured) As a small independent Bristol business, it’s very important to us to work with small independent local catering companies. Our Venue Director has a long history of working in hospitality and knows the importance of great food at a wedding, and of providing good value for money when it comes to catering. We do not allow for any external catering on site. This means you can not pick caterers outside of our curated selection of the companies listed above. Our in-house catering partners have been hand-picked for the quality of their food, their communication skills, and their experience in the events field. As we are five separate companies catering here at TMW it means we all work in different ways, including different items & prices differently. For this reason do contact us all separately with any questions, queries and quoteson more options and what's included. Do the caterers have to provide our wedding cake? You can provide a wedding cake from anywhere you wish, but your caterers will be responsible for the knife, cake stand, napkins and cutting of the cake. Additional charges may apply so do liaise with your chosen caterer about this. Please ensure you bring a tupperware to take your cake home with you at the end of the day. Bar The Mount Without is perfectly set-up to look after all your thirsty guests. Our bars stock a range of local craft ales from Wiper & True, local spirits and signature cocktails, along with draft lager and cider. In the Main Hall is where the more formal elements of the wedding take place. Meanwhile, The Crypt is home to a marvellous main bar, perfect for reception drinks and after parties. We also use a local wine merchant, who has helped us curate a wonderful wine list, with various drinks packages. Alternatively, we offer a corkage option so you can bring your own (limited to wine & fizz only) This option includes staff to pour, chilling, glassware hire and disposal of bottles. In collaboration with Averys Wine Merchants (download here) or KASK Wines (download here) we offer guests a reduced BYO option of £11 per bottle when choosing them as your wine supplier. 2025 Wine List Sparkling Wines Lamberti Prosecco Italy £22 – House Cuvée 1821 Prosecco Brut Italy £22 Castellblanc Cava Brut Spain £25 Gremillet Champagne Selection Brut France £49 Digby Fine English Brut £49 Laurent-Perrier Champagne ‘La Cuvée Brut’ £72 White Wines Conde Pinel Blanco, Viura-Verdejo Spain £21 – House Réserve St. Martin Sauvignon Blanc France £21 – House vegan Recchia Pinot Grigio Italy £22 Wine by Nature White Spain £22 organic and vegan Victoria Park Chardonnay Australia £23 vegan GV Gruner Veltliner white £25 vegan Santa Digna Reserva Sauvignon Blanc Chile £23.50 vegan and fair trade Three Choirs ‘Coleridge Hill’ England £26 Black Cottage Earth Series Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand £28 vegan Domaine de la Gélinotte, Chablis France £36 Sancerre ‘Tradition’ Blanc, Daniel Chotard £42 Red Wines Conde Pinel Tinto Tempranillo Spain £21 – House Réserve St. Martin Merlot France £21 – House vegan Alto de Mayo Malbec Argentina £22 Réserve St. Martin Pinot Noir France £21.50 Sustainable Parini Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Italy £22 Wine by Nature Red Spain £22 organic and vegan Castello Pietroso Primitivo, Salento Italy £28 Victoria Park Shiraz Australia £23 vegan Santa Digna Gran Reserva Merlot Chile £23.50 vegan and fair trade Amarone della Valpolicella £42 Les Hauts de Barville, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, France £42 Rose Wines Réserve St. Martin Syrah Rose, France
