This ODAR guide establishes and describes the process in meeting the requirements for the spacecraft as defined in NASA-STD-8719.14. Scope This ODAR follows the format in NASA-STD-8719.14, Appendix A.1 and includes the orbital debris mitigation requirements for the spacecraft captured in sections 1 through 8 below for the {Project Name}.
