Formal Quotation sealed and clearly marked “ADVERTISED FORMAL QUOTATION: RFQ: NUMBER AND FORMAL QUOTATION DECRIPTION must be placed in the Municipal tender box, Church Street 26, Oudtshoorn 6625 no later than 12h00 on Friday, 27 August 2021 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter at the Supply Chain Management offices , Church Street 26, Oudtshoorn. Separate marked documents for every RFQ number must be placed in separate envelopes. Please note that with the Level 4 COVID-19 rules and regulations, we will advise that you send or leave your email address on the closing date of the RFQ`s, in order for us to email you the opening results.
A set of fully completed RFQ documents must be submitted on the original documents and remain valid for 90 days after the closing date of the Formal Quotation.
