IN THE FAMILY JUSTICE COURTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE Divorce Suit No. ) ) ) BETWEEN ____________________ (NRIC No. ___________) ………….Plaintiff AND ____________________ (NRIC No. _________) ………….Defendant AFFIDAVIT I, [state Name and NRIC] of [state address], the above mentioned Plaintiff/Defendant* affirm/make oath* and say as follows: I am the Plaintiff/Defendant*. The facts deposed to herein are either within my personal knowledge or derived from the file in my possession and are true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief. I crave leave of the Court to refer to the Order of Court dated [date]. In the said Order of Court, it was ordered that the matrimonial property at [state address] shall be [state the contents of the Order of Court in relation to the matrimonial property]. The Court also made orders for the Registrar or Assistant Registrar of the Family Justice Courts to be empowered to sign the documents relating to the sale/transfer* of the matrimonial property (“Sale/Transfer* Documents”) in the event that either party fails to execute the same upon being given [7/14/other specified time] days’ written notice. Under the Order of Court, the sale/transfer* is to take place within [state the period specified in the Order of Court – e.g. 3 months/6 months/other specified time period] from the date of the Order of Court.
