Outlook Women’s Day Special (March 11, 2026) examines how media narratives shape public understanding of women and sexual violence. Featuring articles on Phoolan Devi’s portrayal, the remaking of rape cases through distorted headlines, the gendered dynamics of accusations, and the “rape-trick” trope in cinema, the issue critiques male-gaze framing and violence-driven myths.
