The key to a successful training programis not only for you to take a personal interestin the training of each soldier,but also tomake full use of the Soldier's Manual and theArmy training and evaluation program(ARTEP)as guides for training.You mustinsure that he can accomplish the tasks forhis skill level and that he realizes theimportance of theSQT.You must give him allpossible help in learning his job andachieving a high score on the SQT. # TRAINING The results of Army training andevaluation programs(ARTEP)and skillqualification tests (SQT)are a directreflection ofthe effectiveness of yourtrainingprogram.To assist you,TRADOC has beenworking on new ways to increase theeffectiveness of individual and unit training.Measu
