BRIMAR 12BH7 Miniature Double Triode (Low-Mu) - Ratings and Operating Characteristics - Heater Current

Oct 12, 2026

BRIMAR 12BH7 is a miniature double triode (low-mu) with two independent low-impedance sections, intended particularly for television applications such as frame oscillator and output stages for cathode ray tubes. The document lists absolute maximum ratings including direct anode voltage for frame scan output (500 V max) and for class A amplifier operation (300 V max), anode dissipation (3.5 W max per section), cathode current (20 mA max), and peak pulse limits. It also provides class A operating characteristics like anode voltage and current, grid voltage range, mutual conductance, amplification factor, anode impedance, cut-off grid voltage, and inter-electrode capacitances (including input, output, and grid-to-anode).
