The study examines the influence of Islamic leadership implementation on distributive justice and on employee welfare at an Islamic university in South Sulawesi. Islamic leadership is treated as the exogenous variable, while management of cost and income budgeting (APB) and distributive justice serve as key factors connected to the endogen variable, welfare of employees. Results show direct effects of Islamic leadership on APB management and on employee welfare, alongside indirect effects through budgeting processes and distributive justice. The findings also indicate no direct effect on welfare, with welfare linked to cost and distributive justice mechanisms.

Besides that, the important finding out this research showsthat, infact, implementation of islamic leadrship influence indirectly to welfareof employee and distributive justice as well. This result cannot beinterpretated that islamic leadership is not influence to welfare of employee,but the influence occurs through process of cost and income budgettingmanagement and distributive justice at islamic university. By finding out research shows that there is not direct influence oflislamic leadership to welfare of imployees shows that islamic leadership ofislamic university in south sulawesi has been conducted totally can be seenfrom wage given to employees still under prosperity muzaqqi line. This sense,suitable for the last conclusion from Ibnu Khaldun ((Zadjuli, 2007), whenunjustice in all life-side so nothing welfare in activity of econimics social ofsociety.
