FAQs

How can AI be used to mark up documents for template creation?

AI can quickly mark up documents intended to become templates, helping identify changeable parts and options that should be parameterized.

What problems arise with the “Find, Rename and Modify” approach?

The method introduces high malpractice risk due to margin for error, tends to be slow, and can create errors of omission, inclusion, and “digital baggage” from reused files.

How do gold standard templates improve drafting outcomes?

Gold standard templates reduce error by avoiding the failure modes of ad-hoc reuse. Combined with automation or document assembly, they also increase drafting speed and improve accuracy.
