Tax Form Management - How to Retrieve Your Original Tax Form

Sep 19, 2026

This document provides a clear, step-by-step guide on how employees can access and print their original tax forms after having previously consented to receive them online. The process involves three simple steps: accessing the portal, selecting the view and print option, and executing the print command through the required software. A critical technical note is included to ensure that users employ the Acrobat Reader print icon rather than the browser's native print function to avoid document invalidation issues. This ensures compliance and official document formatting during the printing process for Equifax-related tax documentation systems.
