How are necropsy reports sent to the owner or veterinary clinic?

All reports are sent via email. The form also lets you choose whether the owner, the veterinary clinic, or both receive the report.

What information is required for animal identification and specimen selection?

You must provide animal identification/name/ear tags, species, breed, sex, age, face color for sheep, and weight. Specimen type and death date and time are also collected.

How is the disposition of remains handled after the necropsy?

You select communal cremation (included in the necropsy fee) or private cremation with a crematorium choice, which may add an additional cost.
