This document outlines Schedule 1, a Task Order detailing the services to be provided by an associate/consultant to nasen. It incorporates the terms and conditions of a previously signed Contract Agreement between both parties. The task order specifies that the timetable of work is subject to change with mutual agreement. It also details the terms of payment, requiring retrospective monthly invoicing submitted in the first week of each month, linked to service areas 1-11 as outlined in the service requirements. Electronic invoices are to be sent exclusively to finance@nasen.org.uk, with payments processed 30 days after receipt of a correct invoice. The payment cycle is monthly in arrears and must include VAT where applicable. Any related travel or subsistence costs require advance agreement with the contract manager and must be accompanied by receipts. The document concludes with an agreement section where the associate/consultant confirms their understanding of the task order requirements and nasen's expectations for consultancy and training, as detailed in Schedule 4.
