The guidance covers transformation planning, expected current-state and future-state understanding, and choosing inbound/outbound integration options for Florida PALM. It instructs agencies to review published Segment III resources with functional and technical SMEs, then determine interface methods, transaction loading volumes and frequencies, and outbound extraction/report options for ABS support.
