FAQs

What are the key deadlines coordinators must follow for the printable and online quiz options?

Printable quiz papers must be available for download from 1 August 2024, with entries closing 31 July 2024. Online entries close on 15 August 2024, and the last submission of student answer sheets is 31 August 2024.

How can coordinators create and approve accounts for their school in the ICQ Admin Portal?

Coordinators must register as a teacher or staff member at a registered school and select the correct School in the correct State and Country. Account approval is manual by the RACI ICQ Coordinator and typically takes 1–3 business days; if the school cannot be found, coordinators should email icquiz@raci.org.au to request adding the school.

How do coordinators provide online student logins and ensure students can access the quiz?

Coordinators either enter student details into the system before competition day or distribute student login details created earlier so students can enter their details on competition day. The coordinator downloads the student list, including usernames and passwords, assigns unique credentials to students, and ensures access instructions are shared with supervisors.
