Technical review of Honduras’s Adaptation Fund Board submission for a Regular Size Full Proposal, focusing on constructing resilience to climate change and variability in western mountain communities of Santa Barbara and the Yojoa Lake region. The review assesses governance, adaptability, and resilience outcomes across three components: territorial planning, climate-smart agricultural practices, and knowledge management. It identifies gaps in template alignment, required project information, cost/budget consistency, activities detail, theory of change, related-project discussion, consultation coverage, full-cost-of-adaptation justification, results framework alignment, and required E&S, ESMP, and M&E elements.
