FAQs

Why does MS Word’s built-in envelope wizard often cause problems on Konica Minolta copiers?

It’s designed for small desktop printers and does not work well on full-size copiers. Using it can lead to heavy wrinkling, sealed envelope issues, and frequent jamming.

What are key feeding and capacity tips for envelope printing?

Use the bypass tray (up to 10 envelopes). Run your hands over the envelopes to squeeze out air before feeding, and follow paper thickness limits because envelopes are typically three layers.

How can I ensure the correct measurement system in Word when printing custom envelope sizes?

In Word, open File > Options, go to Advanced, find Display, and change “Show Measurements In Units Of” to Inches. Save with OK before printing.
