Parenting time schedule for the Domestic Relations Division of Summit County Court of Common Pleas, outlining how to coordinate contact between a residential and non-residential parent under ORC §3109.051 and Local Rule 25. It establishes priority rules between summer vacation, holiday parenting, and the normal weekly schedule, and provides guidance for conflicts based on children’s ages. The plan details weekend, midweek, and overnight arrangements by age range, then specifies summer vacation procedures, holiday parenting by even/odd years, special-meaning days, and notice requirements for changes of residence.
