General Statement of Procedure/Opportunity to Comment:To construct the proposeddevelopment,the applicant seeks the above-listed exceptions to the R-7.5 zone requirements,pursuant to the City's RID procedure (LOC 50.08.007).City staff has reviewed and preliminarilydetermined that the zone requirements conflict with or prevent development that mayotherwise be compatible with the character of the neighborhood and surrounding residentialdevelopment.You may provide comments and evidence prior to the expiration of the CommentPeriod.Issues that may provide the basis for an appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals shallbe raised with sufficient specificity to enable the City to respond to the issue.
