What is an NRQ and who uses it?

An NRQ is a corporate template for Ministry buyers to support a flexible, faster, non-binding process for low-value goods or services purchases.

When can an NRQ be used based on price limits?

NRQ can be used only when goods quotes are under $10,000 CAD and services quotes are under $75,000 CAD, excluding applicable taxes but including all relevant costs, fees, and charges.

Does an NRQ create a binding contract?
