Sep 22, 2026

MY WATCH LINK presents a lone worker safety solution built for autonomous watches, delivering rapid emergency assistance when incidents occur. The system supports alerts such as man-down, accidents, robbery, and abduction, with an emergency workflow that routes signals to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) or AUTOCARE partner. It includes secure multi-channel transmission (WiFi, SMS, and GSM data), redundant architecture hosted in France, alert validation with contact escalation, and controlled emergency services management.

FAQs

What kinds of emergencies can MY WATCH LINK detect and report?

The document lists man-down, accident, robbery, and abduction as key scenarios. It also mentions voluntary SOS alerts and abnormal immobility.

How are alerts transmitted to the alarm receiving and response workflow?

Alerts are handled through multi-channel transmission, including WiFi and GSM data (3G/4G/5G) with SMS and mail options. It also emphasizes redundant channels and load balancing backup servers hosted in France.

What happens after an alert is received?

Contacts are notified and an alert validation step verifies whether the alert is a true emergency or a false alarm. If confirmed, emergency services are managed through the designated partner and alert management process.
