FAQs

How do coordinators start printing participation and merit certificates?

Import student names for schools at the competition, then use the Coordinator Dashboard to access Coordinator Reports and the relevant certificate links for students and coaches.

What does the CSV export provide for mail merge?

Each certificate link opens a page with an Export as CSV option, downloading a CSV containing the information needed to run a mail merge using a Word certificates template.

How should Column C of the CSV be handled?

Column C contains the school name, but it also includes attached chapter and state details; coordinators should remove those characters using Find and Replace with the “*” pattern.

How does the 2017 Certificate Spacing Template help finalize certificates?

It provides base spacing for a mail merge; coordinators insert merge fields for first/last name and school name, then fill the electronic signature and date text boxes so manual sign-and-date steps are no longer required.
