FAQs

What resolution should I use for graphics in my gift card artwork?

Use high-resolution images for sharp printing, with 360 DPI as the most desirable target. Confirm your images (including your logo) are 360 DPI and not less than 180 DPI.

Why should my logo use a transparent background?

A fully transparent logo lets the background behind it show through, producing the best visual result when placed over the gift card background image or color.

What file format and color settings are recommended for printing?

Save graphics as .TIFF or .PNG to support transparency for printing. Use the required CMYK format for logo, text, and card design elements, while non-logo images remain in their original RGB format.
