What costs are bidders responsible for?

Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting their bid. The IRC will not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the outcome.

Bidders must notify the Purchaser in writing at UA-IRCUganda.Tenders@rescue.org. The request must reach the Purchaser no later than 28 April 2023, and the Purchaser will respond by email with clarification.
