The Court, having reviewed the file and heard the testimony, finds and orders as follows: The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties. The Wife/Husband has been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six months immediately before filing the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. The parties were married on **** and separated on ****. The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken. Therefore, the marriage between the parties is dissolved, and the parties are restored to the status of being single. *** minor children were born during the marriage, to-wit: ***. The wife is not currently pregnant. The parties have freely and voluntarily entered into a **** Agreement and Parenting Plan, which are ratified and made a part of this final judgment. The parties shall share parental responsibility of their minor children. The Court has reviewed the Parenting Plan and finds it to be in the best interest of the minor children in light of the factors set forth in Florida Statutes, Section 61.13, and based on the agreement of the parties and the testimony at the final hearing. Neither party is entitled to alimony, now or in the future. A Final Administrative Support Order was entered on *** in Case No. *** establishing the Father’s child support obligation of $*** per month for two minor children; $*** per month for one minor child and $*** per month towards the arrears of $***, commencing ***. The Child Support Program did not, however, provide a parenting time plan as required by Section 409.25633(1), Florida Statutes. This Final Order constitutes a superseding order pursuant to Section 409.2563(10)(c), Florida Statutes and includes all arrears due in Case No. ****, which case shall be closed by the Clerk. The Husband shall be responsible to pay all arrears due as previously established on *** in Case No. ***. The Husband is employed by *** earning $*** per hour/month. The Wife is employed by *** earning $*** per hour/month. The Husband/Wife provides insurance for the minor children at a cost of $*** per month or they are covered by Medicaid. In accordance with the parties’ time-sharing arrangement, the Husband’s/Wife’s statutory guideline child support obligation is $*** per month for two minor children and $*** per month for one minor child. The parties have agreed to an amount of child support which is within 5% of the guideline per Section 61.30(1)(a). There is no retroactive child support due. A guideline child support worksheet is attached hereto. Commencing *** 1, 2023, the Husband/Wife shall pay child support directly to the Wife/Husband or through the Florida State Disbursement Unit in the amount of $*** per month together with the depository fees, until the oldest child attains the age of 18 years on ***.
