FAQs

What determines which thermistor sensor is used for space temperature control?

Mode 10-2 defines priority: the return air thermistor is primary and the remote controller thermistor is secondary, or the document lists options for using only one of them.

How is the room temperature value reported to multizone controllers configured?

Mode 10-5 specifies whether the return air thermistor value is used, or whether the thermistor designated by Mode 10-2 is reported.

Where can users configure presence or absence detection parameters?

Mode 10 includes settings such as absence area detection time (Mode 10-7) and remote/presence-related sensor sensitivity options (e.g., Mode 11-6 for sensitivity).
