FAQs

Why is it important to choose the correct context when logging into Epic?

Choosing the correct context ensures that you have the appropriate permissions and access to view your attending physician's specific clinic schedule.

What should I do if I am unsure which context to select?

You should search for your specialty (e.g., 'Pediatrics') in the search bar, which will generate a list of all relevant context names containing that specialty.

How can I add an attending physician's schedule if it does not appear automatically?

You can create your own schedule folder by clicking the 'Create' button, naming the schedule according to the department or specialty, and then configuring the settings to include the desired attending's schedule.
