The email also explains the ACP, a federal government program offering a $30/month benefit ($75/month for qualifying Tribal lands) on home internet for eligible households. It encourages partners to share this updated program information with their communities by including flyers, application checklists, or mentioning Access from AT&T and its website on their own platforms. The email provides a link to the Access collateral portal (att.com/accessportal) for promotional materials and a customer service phone number (1-855-220-5211) for further assistance.
