This document outlines the EH Travel Request Application process and eligibility criteria for funding. Conference presenters can receive up to $250 for virtual conferences and $750 for in-person conferences. Students are limited to one award per year, with the academic year running from July 1 to June 30. Applications for funding must be submitted prior to travel, and consideration may be given to conferences occurring after graduation during the thesis submission process. The application requires traveler details including name, address, phone number, and email. Information about the meeting or conference, including city, state, country, and dates of travel, is also mandatory. Supporting documentation such as conference printouts or URLs, and an abstract, presentation, paper, or a one-page justification for travel, must be attached. Applicants must also disclose any other travel funding applications made at the U and complete the EH travel budget template. The completed application should be submitted to cory.pike@utah.edu / FD 618A, and applicants will be notified of their award status within two weeks. The application includes fields for today's date and UID, as well as signature lines for the applicant and director.
