FAQs

What is the purpose of the Eagle Landing fining policy and procedures?

The policy sets rules and procedures for administering fines for homeowners’ covenant or rules violations and makes the procedures effective through county recording.

How does the HOA notify a homeowner after a violation occurs?

The process starts with a Friendly Reminder Notice. If not corrected, the HOA issues a Warning-2nd Notice, and if still not corrected after the cure period, fines may be levied.

How are fines decided, and what happens at the hearing?

A Fine Notice provides at least fourteen (14) days’ notice of the hearing by the Fines Committee. At the hearing, the committee presents facts, the homeowner can respond, then the committee discusses and makes a decision, which the management company communicates to the homeowner.
