Curriculum assessment framework linking career education and didactic materials with security and safety policy. The work analyzes how engineering principles can align with regulatory oversight, enabling traceable, auditable information for academic and professional environments. It defines scope across education & didactics, security & safety policy, engineering-versus-policy experimentation, and organizational/regulatory frameworks. It further covers didactic academic alignment to NQF and SAQA, licensing and credential validation, management systems for auditing and investigation, and methods for comparative analysis using curricula, policy, and incident data.
