This document outlines the process of creating and managing security envelopes, detailing the steps involved in preparing files for enclosure, selecting envelope templates, choosing delivery methods, and defining security policies. The interface shown guides the user through a step-by-step process, starting with the selection of files to be enclosed, indicated by the path H:\Crimdocketentriesexercise1.wpd. It then proceeds to the selection of an envelope template, with the system indicating that C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\DocTemplates will be used. The user is presented with the option to either send the envelope later or send it immediately. A critical error message is also displayed: 'Error emailing export data. Acrobat is unable to log in to your email application. Please check your account settings and try again.' This suggests a configuration issue with the email client or Acrobat's connection to it, preventing the successful email delivery of the envelope. The process emphasizes user control over delivery timing and the use of pre-defined templates to streamline the creation of secure document packages.
