FAQs

What technology does COLOR STORY PRIME use for hair coloring?

It focuses on an evolved “water color” approach that penetrates deep into hair strands. This increases dyeing capacity from inside the hair for a glossy finish.

Which ingredients help with moisturizing and hair protection?

Trimethylglycine supports efficient penetration and spreading with water power, and hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) provides moisturizing and hair protection benefits.

How should the product be mixed in the basic process?

For basic use, the color cream and developer follow a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2. Specific toning-down sections also provide ratios (e.g., 1:1 with a 2.8% developer reference in the tables).

How is gray hair coverage and color level selection determined?

The brochure recommends choosing colors based on the desired level and the volume percentage of gray hair (e.g., 10%, 30%, 50%). It also provides color-code charts showing resulting levels and guidance by tone type.
