This amendment implemented Public Law 2019, chapter. 413 which provides that N.J. resident honorably discharged disabled veterans, or their surviving spouses no longer need to serve during a specific war period or other emergency to receive the property tax exemption. This Act amends P.L. 1948, c. 259, and supplements chapter 4 of Title 54 of the Revised Statutes.
