Brownies who are unable to proceed to Stage 2 will be given the Certificate of Participation. The tester’s decision is final. Dear Brownies and Parents, The Chief Commissioner’s Award Badge (CCAB) is the highest level of achievement for a Brownie to work towards. It recognises the leadership qualities of the Brownie and one who has demonstrated the following: strength of character and moral integrity commitment to the Brownie Promise, the Brownie Motto and the Brownie Laws and proficiency in the 5-Point Programme A CCAB candidate will be assessed on the following: Knowledge of Girl Guiding History of Singapore Knowledge of the multi-racial and diverse cultures in Singapore Organisational and leadership skills A Chief Commissioner’s Badge Awardee is envisioned to be one who: takes initiative and resourceful lives out our Motto, Law and Promise is confident and proficient in the 5-Point programme is an effective communicator is a team player The journey towards the achievement of this award may not be easy. Wishing you all the best in this journey! -Brownie Branch- Part 3: Data Protection Notice In connection with the activity reference above, Girl Guides Singapore (“GGS”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process your daughter’s / ward’s* personal data provided by you for the following purposes (“Purposes”): a. compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and handling of investigations and legal proceedings; b. publication of the photos and videos for Chief Commissioner’s Award 2024 on www.girlguides.org.sg and similar websites to acknowledge your daughter's / ward's journey towards Chief Commissioner’s Award 2024; and c. storage in databases to facilitate identification. Where necessary for one or more of the Purposes, GGS may disclose your daughter’s / ward’s* personal data to the respective personnel, while ensuring that your personal data continues to receive the standard of protection afforded under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may make a request to withdraw your consent, or to access or correct your personal data, by writing to Ms Jalilah Johar at jalilah.johar@girlguides.org.sg, to the attention of Brownie Branch. What must Brownies complete before proceeding to Stage 2 for the CCAB?

Brownies must pass Section A (Scrapbook) before they can proceed to Stage 2. Brownies unable to proceed to Stage 2 will be given the Certificate of Participation.

What does the Chief Commissioner’s Award badge recognize and how is a candidate assessed?
