Celebrating Charnwood 2024 - Stall Holder Application Form DEADLINE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS 1pm Friday 14th June To trade at our Celebrating Charnwood Event on Saturday 29th and/or Sunday 30th June 2024, you must register with the Council by completing this form. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them fully before signing the application form. Please retain a copy of the Market Regulations for your reference. Stall Categories: please note no side, back sheets or gazebos provided. *must be book together. Documentation Required: £5m (minimum) public liability insurance – All traders will be required to provide documented evidence that they have the required public liability insurance. RISK ASSESSMENT – All traders will be required to submit a risk assessment with their application. A blank risk assessment template is attached for your completion; however you may use your own. All food traders must be registered with a Local Authority and will be required to have obtained a minimum 3 star on the UK Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS). Please provide as much detail as possible below including dimensions of the space required. A photograph or sketch would be very helpful. Power sources Please provide details of what power sources and fuels you intend to use. Note: no power sources are available for use on site. Enclose PAT & Gas safe certificates where applicable.
