Sep 17, 2026

This document provides a formal template for the Burkeline Gold Total Roofing System Warranty, specifically tailored for commercial building applications. It outlines the essential terms, conditions, and limitations governing the warranty, including the obligations of the building owner, coverage exclusions for natural disasters or site negligence, and requirements for installation and maintenance. The warranty emphasizes that Burkeline's liability is strictly limited to the repair of documented leaks caused by material or workmanship defects, ensuring the integrity of the roofing system throughout its designated lifespan. It serves as a legal framework to protect both the Burke Rubber Company and the building owner by detailing the necessary notice procedures, maintenance responsibilities, and the exclusionary criteria that render the warranty null and void. This structured template facilitates the professional documentation of roofing system agreements, defining the warranty duration, coverage scope, and the specific duties required of both the applicator and the property owner to maintain valid protection under the agreement.
