AUS Jumbo provides underwriting eligibility parameters for jumbo mortgage lending across multiple loan purposes and occupancies. It defines acceptable property types, loan amount ranges, and required product terms, then specifies credit score thresholds, maximum LTV/CLTV and maximum DTI limits by loan scenario. It also outlines general requirements for DU/LPA underwriting, cash-out and reserve rules, and borrower/property ineligibility conditions, including restrictions for foreign nationals and certain property categories.
