The use of industry specific jargon or acronyms should be kept to a minimum, although you may assume that the reader has a business background. The document is intended as a summary, so it is important to be brief. As part of the due diligence process you may be asked to expand on anything that is unclear. Company details Contact details Company Profile Company Overview Briefly outline company history and summarise your current product/service and key markets. [MAX 20 LINES] Company Ownership Fill in the ownership table below for the applicant company. *For ‘Type’, use one of the following: Promoter, Family/Friends, Domestic VC, Overseas VC, Trade Investor, Business Angel, BES. / EII Fund, BES Individuals or other. If any group structure exists provide details of company names, annual sales and direct employment numbers for each company. Attach group structure diagram separately. Clearly identify any connected companies and related parties and outline their relationships. Future impacts to share ownership Provide brief overview of any projected changes to Company Ownership. Outline the nature of any other planned share issues / redemptions. Outline BES / EII redemption dates and recipients (especially if a related party). Your priority country might not have the largest export sales, but it is the one that you consider as a priority. *For the Base Year, use the last complete financial year unless 10 months have passed in the current year, in which case Base Year should be the current year.
