Teacher recruitment for the Palestinian Ministry of Education faces a structural mismatch between limited vacancies and a much larger applicant pool, creating difficult selection and inefficiencies in hiring. The study addresses this challenge by applying machine learning to support candidate screening and recommendation. ML models are trained on variables including academic performance, teaching experience, gender, and demographic factors, then evaluated for classification into three outcome groups.
