Retiree Health Insurance Scrivener’s Error Corrections Sick Family/Sick Child Excessive Time Clearing Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) PREAMBLE THIS Collective Bargaining Agreement (hereinafter known as the “Agreement” or “CBA”) is made and entered into in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by and between ALASKA AIRLINES, INC.(hereinafter known as the "Company") and the AIRLINE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS in the service of ALASKA AIRLINES, INC., as represented by the ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS-COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA, AFL-CIO (hereinafter known as the "Association") . The Association of Flight Attendants has been certified by the National Mediation Board in Case No. R-7478, to represent the Airline Flight Attendants in the service of the Company and on their behalf negotiate and conclude an Agreement with the Company as to the rates of pay, rules and working conditions covering the Flight Attendants in the employ of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended. 1.A.
