Pinzamiento precoz del cordon umbilical pdf Continue This update includes 48 studies in which 5 ,721 newborns and their mothers are available , with available data from 40 studies with 4 ,884 newborns and their mothers. Babies were between 24 and 36'6 weeks pregnant at birth and centuries of childbirth were included. The data come mainly from high-income countries. Later , the clutch ranged from 30 to 180 seconds , and most studies gave a delay of 30 to 60 seconds. The early grip was less than 30 seconds and was often immediate. UCM was performed mainly before the umbilical cord was captured , but in some cases the compression was done after the umbilical cord was captured. Subgroup analysis was carried out using pregnancy and intervention type , and sensitivity analysis was conducted at low risk of selection and bias. All studies had a high risk of bias completion and in many other aspects the risk of bias was not clear. The certainty of evidence used in the GRADE criteria was largely low , mainly due to inaccuracies and the risk of uncertain bias. Later cord clamp ( DCC) compared to the early cord clamp ( ECC) as with immediate neonatal attention after cord clamp (25 studies , 3 , 100 newborns and their mothers) CSD probably reduces the number of newborns dying before hospital discharge compared to ECC (average risk ratio (CRp) 0.73; 95% confidence interval : 0.54 to 0.98; 20 studies; 2 ,680 newborns (moderate certainty) ... In the early years of the study , there were no reports of mortality or deterioration of the nervous environment. CSD has little impact on the number of newborns with severe intraventricular hemorrhage ( Hiv 3 and 4) (CRp 0.94; 95% KI: 0.63 to 1.39; ten studies; 2058 newborns , low certainty) ; although this slightly reduces the number of newborns with any degree of Wich (CRp 0.83; 95% KI: 0.70 to 0.99; 15 studies; 2 ,333 newborns , high certainty) . CSD has little or no effect on chronic lung disease (CFD) (CRp 1.04; 95% KI: 0.94 to 1.14; six studies , 1 ,644 newborns , high certainty) . Due to the lack of data , it was not possible to draw conclusions regarding periventricular leukatomalation ( LPV) (CRp 0.58; 95% KI: 0.26 to 1.30; four studies; 1 ,544 newborns; or maternal blood loss of 500 ml or more (CRp 1.14; 95% KI: 0.07 to 17.63; two studies; 180 women; very low certainty) . In subgroups or sensitivity analyses , no significant heterogeneity was found. ( ECC) No , no , no. (one study , 276 newborns and their mothers) The data is not enough to rely on these findings , although CSD with immediate neonatal care with a pristine cord can reduce the number of newborns dying before discharge , although the data are also compatible with a small increase in mortality compared to CJD (CRp 0.47; 95% KI: 0.20 to 1.11; study; 270 newborns. CSD can also reduce the number of newborns who die or have deterioration in neurodevelopment in the first few years of life (CRp 0.61; 95% KI: 0.39 to 0.96; study; 218 newborns; low certainty) . There may be little or no difference in the following: Heavy Hiv; All hiv varieties; LPV; EPC; maternal blood loss is ≥ ml , estimated as low certainty mainly due to severe inaccuracies. Later cord clamp ( DCC) with immediate neonatal attention after gripping the umbilical cord against umbilical cord compression ( UCM) (three studies , 322 newborns and their mothers) and UCM compared to the early cord clamp ( ECC) (11 studies , 1 , 183 newborns and their mothers) There is insufficient data to establish reliable conclusions about the comparative effects of UCM compared to late or early clamp (mostly low or very low certainty) . Preguntas frecuentes
