FAQs

How should the cable be connected to the controller board?

The cable's red end should be connected to the keyboard's red port, while the white end must be connected to the controller board's white port. Ensure all pins are fully inserted; if not, use tweezers to press them in fully.

What is the importance of the LCD panel voltage jumper?

The board can handle +5V to +12V, but the LCD requires a specific voltage setting (+3.3V, +5.0V, or +12.0V). Using the wrong setting, especially above the required +3.3V, can permanently damage the LCD panel.

What should I do if a cable pin is not fully inserted?

If a pin is not fully seated, use tweezers to press the exposed part of the pin downward until it is fully and properly inserted into the connector.
