The Life & Legacy of Joyce Yvonne Newman

Celebration of Life Program

UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN We think about you always, We talk about you still, You have never been forgotten, And you never will. We hold you close within our hearts And there you will remain, To walk and guide us through our lives, Until we meet again... I would have loved to have stayed here on this earth just one more day, For it broke my heart to leave you here alone. But God whispered softly in my ear and said “my child it’s time”, Then He took my hand in His and led me home. We journeyed up above the stars, just beyond the moon, where very soon we came to Heaven’s gate. I was welcomed by all who’d gone before with open arms, as the Angels they all sang Amazing Grace. But God couldn’t help but notice I kept looking back towards earth, wondering if you were okay. Then He laid His hand upon my shoulder and said,“remember child, You’ll just be one memory away.” So if today the pain seems overwhelming, please look into your heart for there you’ll find, My love for you will always be there. For when I left I left my love behind, The times that we shared, the laughter and the tears, Every second of every single day, Will all be there, held safely in your heart, until we meet again at Heaven’s gate, and until then, I’ll just be one memory away. Floral bearers Family & Friends acknowledgements Our family would like to thank everyone for all acts of kindness and love shown during our time of bereavement. May God continue to keep each of you in his loving care.
