Trade Therapy explores how medical goods and services move across borders and how policy choices shape these flows during both normal times and the COVID-19 pandemic. It analyzes drivers of trade, the functioning of medical supply chains, and trade patterns before and during the crisis. The report then outlines ways to deepen international cooperation—through trade policy alignment and efforts beyond trade agreements—to improve global health security and strengthen preparedness for future pandemics.
