We long tobe free from the drudgery of earning money simply to pay the bills at the end of the month – most of us strive for purpose and meaning in our lives, but money is often an inhibitor of our ambitions. That means lots of people find themselves reaching their late 40s or early 50s wondering if there is more to life, and I suspect that much of this dissatisfaction relates to financial planning concerns.
