Description The Stranger in the Strange Land of Phineas needs your help to set everything right in Halcyon , but you will need transportation first. Now the energy industry is leaving the city of Edgewater. Reed Tobson , the administrator of Edgewater , wants to get these deserters back into town by cutting off their food. Traveling anywhere in order to revive your fellow colonists caught in hibernation , Dr. Heles needs you to travel to Star Bay on the terraformed moon of the monarch. Monarch is banned by the corporate board of Halcyon Holdings , so you will have to purchase Navkey through unofficial channels. Radio Free Monarch Information Broker promised to find the chemicals needed by Phineas. The problem is that he did not deliver the information in time and did not give an explanation.
