A public-library lending notice and regulations precede a title page for “The Pauline Benediction,” followed by a sermon collection. The rules describe how borrowers obtain cards, library opening hours, borrowing and reading time limits, fines for late returns, renewal conditions, and restrictions on transferring cards or exchanging books. A separate notice warns about damaged books and infectious or contagious diseases, with liability and prosecution terms stated. The contents list three sermons.
