The motion was introduced and passed unanimously by the board. Election of Officers The board quickly and unanimously voted for Jonathan Sahrbeck as Chair and Andrew Gilbert as Vice Chair for terms lasting throughout the 2024 calendar year. 1230 Shore Road Garage Site Plan Amendment L.P. Murray & Sons requested an amendment to a previously approved site plan to add a new 40 foot by 60 foot, (2,400 square feet) equipment repair garage located at 1230 Shore Road. Bob Metcalf from Mitchell and Associates represented the applicant by presenting requested site change amendments to the board. The applicant also requested a waiver ofa Traffic Management Report as there will not be an increase in the amount of employees, additional trucks or anticipated traffic changes as a result. Chair Sahrbeck asked Metcalf for clarification that there will be “no increase in activity” and that it’s essentially “business as usual?” to which Metcalf agreed. Without any comment from the public, Derek LaVallee motioned that the application and its proposed amendments be deemed complete. Dan Bodenski seconded the motion and the board passed it unanimously. Sahrbeck also commented that it seemed“appropriate” to have a site walk with two members of the board absent.
