Thought for the Week | Two simple rules that make saying yes harder and saying no easier: 1. Don't say yes on the spot. 2. When you do say yes to something, schedule when you're going to do it in your calendar right away. Book twice as much time as you think it will take to do it right. Both rules are helpful, but the second rule is perhaps more important. Scheduling the work helps you realize that saying yes has a very real cost. By scheduling double the time, you'll avoid overcommitting and have the flexibility to take advantage of opportunities that arise. -Shane Parrish Class of 2021 = Trail Blazers The Class of 2021 produced our best results ever in this year’s IB Diploma Programme results. Our proudest and TIS history-making moment was the Professor, Torence Mwindaare, achieving the perfect score of 45. A most stunning and well-deserved result! 98% of our students were awarded the Diploma while the average points of students who are awarded the Diploma were 34.
